- • Apply SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours.
- • Avoid saunas, steam rooms and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
- • Avoid retinol, acids and exfoliating products for approximately 3 days.
- • Avoid harsh scrubs or peels for 3–4 days.
- • Avoid makeup for 24 hours where possible, allowing your skin time to breathe and settle.
