Micro/Hydro Dermabrasion helps remove the build-up of dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, improving skin texture, clarity and overall radiance.
The treatment can be tailored to your individual skin needs and may be used on its own or combined with treatments such as LED Light Therapy, Oxygen Therapy or Cold Therapy.
What to Expect !
Mild redness, sensitivity, tightness or dryness may occur temporarily after treatment. Skin may appear smoother, brighter and more refreshed as it settles.

Aftercare & your next visit
Important information & aftercare
- For the first few days after treatment:
- • Avoid retinol and strong Vitamin C products.
- • Avoid AHAs/BHAs such as glycolic, salicylic and lactic acids.
- • Avoid makeup for 24 hours, particularly heavy foundation.
- • Avoid direct sun exposure, tanning and sunbeds for at least 1 week.
- • Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 24–48 hours.
- • Do not pick or scratch the skin if mild peeling occurs.
Recommended frequency
For best long-term results, a course of 2–3 treatments may be recommended alongside a suitable home skincare routine.
